Frequently Asked Questions

Detailed answers to the 7 most frequently asked questions about r999

Slot Games
r999 has a massive collection of slot games — not just classic slots, but multiple game types to choose from:
  • Classic Slots (3 reels): Simple, old-school games — fewer features, but easy to understand with fast rounds.
  • Video Slots (5 reels or more): Featuring animations, themed music, bonus rounds, and free spins — the most popular section at r999.
  • Progressive Jackpot Slots: A portion of every bet contributes to the jackpot pool — once the pool grows large enough, anyone can win it.
  • Megaways Slots: The number of paylines changes with every spin — sometimes creating over 100,000 ways to win.
  • Crash Games: Wait as the multiplier climbs, then cash out at the right moment.
Game providers include Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and many more. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the game info section. Use the "New", "Popular", or "Jackpot" filters in the slots section to quickly find your preferred games.

VIP Program
r999's VIP program has multiple tiers — everyone is automatically enrolled at the first tier upon registration. Points accumulate with every bet, and reaching the required points threshold moves you up to the next tier.

Benefits by Tier:
  • Bronze Tier: Daily check-in bonus and standard cashback offers.
  • Silver Tier: Higher cashback rates, weekly reload bonuses, and priority withdrawal processing.
  • Gold Tier: Personal account manager, monthly exclusive offers, and higher deposit & withdrawal limits.
  • Platinum / Diamond Tier: Birthday bonus, event invitations, highest cashback rates, and fastest withdrawal processing.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for cashback, free bets, or bonus credits — go to the "VIP Points" section in your account dashboard to find the redemption option. For full tier conditions and point details VIP page provided.

Payment Methods
r999 supports all major local payment methods in Bangladesh:
  • bKash: The most popular option — via Send Money or the Payment option; funds typically arrive in 3–5 minutes.
  • Nagad: Postal department service — the deposit process works the same as bKash, typically 3–5 minutes.
  • Rocket (Dutch-Bangla): Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile service — may take a bit longer, around 5–10 minutes.
  • Bank Transfer: Directly from your bank account — minimum ৳1,000, takes 1–2 business days.
When making a deposit, go to r999's deposit page, select your preferred method — the correct number and reference number will be shown there. Without a reference number, matching your deposit may take longer. For any payment issues, keep your transaction ID on hand and contact support.

Responsible Betting
r999 offers several tools to help you keep your betting in check — log in to your account and go to "Profile → Security & Limits" to set them all up:
  1. Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made during that period. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
  2. Loss Limit: Once you've lost a set amount, your betting for that day or week will be automatically stopped.
  3. Reality Check: A notification will appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours to remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.
  4. Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Betting will be disabled during this period, but you can still log in.
  5. Self-Exclusion: You can close your account for 6 months or permanently — during this period, logging in will not be possible.

Tournaments
r999 hosts regular leaderboard tournaments — most are focused on a specific game category (slots or Sports Betting). How to participate:
  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section.
  2. View the name and duration of the active tournament, then click the join button — participation is free in most cases.
  3. Place bets on the designated games — every bet or win converts into leaderboard points.
  4. At the end of the tournament, prizes are distributed based on your position on the leaderboard.
Rewards are typically given as cash bonuses, free bets, or VIP points. The top 10 or top 20 members receive prizes — the exact number is specified in each tournament's terms and conditions. One thing to keep in mind: Keep push notifications on during tournaments to stay updated on new tournament announcements.

Live Scores & Broadcasting
In r999's live betting section, you can view real-time scores for all ongoing matches — ball-by-ball updates for cricket and minute-by-minute goal and card updates for football. Here's how to access it:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From the top menu, go to "Sports Betting" → "Live" section.
  3. Click on your preferred sport or match — scores and stats are all available on a single page.
To access live streaming, you must have a balance in your account or an active bet on the relevant match — this is required due to licensing terms. Streaming may not be available for all matches, but scores and statistics are visible for every live match. To check upcoming match schedules, On the Sports Events page Go.
